Building, buying, and running privately-held companies for forty years.

I invest alongside owners who've built something worth preserving — and partner with them on what comes next. Growth, succession, or a clean exit.

About

The short version.

I'm an investor and operator. Most of my career has been spent building, scaling, and advising privately held companies — first as the 18-year owner of The Bell Tower on 34th, Houston's premier all-inclusive event venue, and today across a portfolio that spans events, real estate, autonomous transportation, and residential technology.

I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses unlock the value they've built — preparing for sale, navigating growth, or exploring strategic partnerships. My approach blends real-world operational experience with disciplined financial strategy and a deep respect for the people behind the business.

If you've built something meaningful and you're considering what comes next, I'd be glad to connect.

Cutting edge · Houston, 2026

Houston's first Tesla Cybercab fleet operator.

Houston is the 4th-largest US metro — 7M+ residents, sprawling geography, car-dependency. Texas SB 2807 (September 2025) created the clearest commercial AV framework in the country. IGO is on track to be the first independent operator to deploy Tesla Cybercabs on the Tesla Network in Houston.

The moat is structural: an owned operational hub at The Bell Tower on 34th — zero-lease-cost fleet staging, charging, and maintenance. No warehouse, no garage, no startup overhead the other guys carry.
